  • Frank Trampert
    Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, APAC

    Frank has valuable experience in both hospitality processes and technology, having held highly sought-after leadership positions with international Hotel chains and groups such as Wyndham Hong Kong and Carlson hotels. Prior to joining Sabre, he was the CEO for Tune Hotel Group in Malaysia. Frank started his career in hospitality in Europe and has since lived and worked across four continents. He has assisted in expanding some of the largest global hospitality companies internationally and his diverse background in international franchise and hotel management ranges from limited service to luxury hotels.

  • Nick Jeffery
    Vice-President Sales and Account Management, Asia-Pacific, Sabre

    A veteran of the Asia-Pacific Hospitality sector, Nick Jeffery joined Sabre in 2009 after leading the Account Management team for IDeaS across Asia-Pacific since 2001. Prior to his roles with leading hospitality technology companies he “cut his teeth” in Hospitality with the Intercontinental Hotel Group where he held a variety of roles during his 13 year tenure. Whilst working with the Sydney Intercontinental he implemented the first automated Revenue Management solution for the Group globally which prove the catalyst for a rollout of the solution across six continents in the late 1990’s.

  • Linda Pan
    Head of Digital Experience, APAC, Sabre

    Linda is passionate about helping businesses to grow their digital footprint and generate incremental direct bookings/leads and is ever ready to provide consultation on a wide range of services such as Website Design and Development, Search Engine Optimization and Marketing (SEO/PPC) and Meta Search etc. to develop robust digital marketing plans for her hotel customers.
    Prior to joining Sabre in 2012, Linda worked in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) and Hospitality industries in various Business Development and E-Commerce roles.

  • Kazuhisa Udagawa 
    Executive Officer & Sale Director, Temairazu

    Kazuhisa has been performing “TEMAIRAZU” solution sales to properties. He was engaged in the launch of Fukuoka Sales Office and is engaged in the connectivity partner business. He is now the Sale Director and Executive Officer since July 2018.

  • Tyrone Lara
    Managing Director, TimeDesign

    Tyrone joined Time Design to drive the global expansion. He comes from an eCommerce and business intelligence background, with a track record of driving venture business to success internationally. He has pioneered on the field of reservation systems with intelligent retailing and now is ready to put all his knowledge onto his new assignment. He shares same vision with Time Design and believes technology is the key to open new doors in the global tourism industry to create better lifestyles.

  • Eric Wong
    VP, Hospitality, Asia Pacific, Infor

    Eric is the VP of Hospitality for Asia Pacific at Infor. He oversees the growth of the organization in the region. Eric has held numerous leadership roles in both buy- and sell-side of technology transformation projects. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in Canada, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant of Canada.

  • Hitoshi Kawahara
    Executive Vice President, INFINI Travel Information

    Hitoshi Kawahara started his career with Nippon Steel Corporation in 1982 before moving to Nippon Airways (ANA) in 1988, which was 2 years after ANA started international schedule flights. Mr Kawahara contributed greatly to ANA’s expansion of international route, mainly working for the alliance relationship with other overseas carriers and regulatory affairs. He witnessed US-Japan open sky deals and a variety of Japan-foreign country aviation negotiations that focused on Haneda international deals, as well as marketing automation (contracts with overseas GDS’s) and IT Division administration. After 26 years with ANA, Mr Kawahara joins INFINI in 2014, making the best use of his knowledge and human network with all full-service carriers and LCC’s servicing from/to Japan at INFINI.

  • Hitoshi Fujisaki
    Managing Director & General Manager, The Tokyo Station Hotel, Nippon Hotel CO., LTD.

    Hitoshi Fujisaki has 25 years of experience in the hotel industry in Japan, starting off his hospitality career with renowned international chains such as Hilton and Westin. In 2007, he was appointed as President of Hotel Nikko in USA and has also assumed various senior leadership roles in JAL Hotels. He joined Nippon Hotel as General Manager to establish the opening of The Tokyo Station Hotel where he is currently the Managing Director and General Manager.
